Organized by

vPSI measures and improves an organization's response to things going wrong (accidents and injuries, property losses, business interruption, environmental damage, quality problems, operational upsets, etc). All organizations have enormous room for improvement in this area, a new insight which is often a surprise, since everyone thinks they do a great job in problem solving. Once they recover from the shock, clients benefit from their personnel being trained in simple techniques that significantly improve not just the effectiveness of problem solving, but the efficient use of limited resources in doing so. Continued use of vPSI Metrics sustains the performance improvement gains.
